Our garments are all made with 100% love and care and are a blend of cotton and polyester (which makes are garments super soft and yummy!)
The irregularities and creases you may find on your garment are the result of a unique dye process that makes each piece different and special.
All of our garments wash and wear really well so no special treatment is needed (washing machine and dryer are fine!)
Please note that our garments run about a size small so please keep that in consideration when making your purchase (especially if your babies are as big as ours!)
Returns and Refunds
Please check orders immediately upon receipt and report any issues within 5 business days. We will happily work with you on any exchanges or refunds needed.
Please be aware that all items are custom made just for you. We do not press any garment until we get your order. For this reason all exchanges and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.
All returns require an RMA # (return merchandise authorization #.) To receive your RMA # please email us at service@oohlalamama.com and we will give you the address and instructions on how to do an exchange. Any return that does not have an RMA # will be refused.
